The Teratology Society 59th Annual Meeting kicks off Saturday, June 22, with two excellent continuing education courses organized by the Education Committee, chaired by Amy Lavin Williams. Following are some highlights of upcoming events this weekend:

The Registration Desk is open until 6:00 pm Saturday. Stop by the Harbor Island Foyer on Saturday to pick up your badge to avoid lines Sunday morning. Council, Committee Chairs, and Incoming Chairs convene for the Council 1 meeting in Seabreeze at 5:00 pm.

Please note that a limited supply of the print program which includes abstracts is available for purchase at the Registration Desk. All materials are also available online.

The Registration Desk opens at 7:00 am Sunday in the Harbor Island Foyer, with coffee and tea available starting at 7:30 am. For breakfast, please note the hotel offers in-room dining, full service at the Harbor’s Edge restaurant, and grab and go items at the Marina Market and Café. Members of the 2020 Program Committee convene in Seabreeze at 7:00 am.

Sessions get underway at 8:00 am Sunday in Harbor Island 2, starting with the President’s Welcome, Josef Warkany Lecture, and Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Fellow Platform Presentation where eight selected trainees will compete for the prestigious Wilson Presentation Award.

Sunday afternoon sessions begin at 1:30 pm with the F. Clarke Fraser New Investigator Award and James G. Wilson Publication Award followed by concurrent scientific symposia. The afternoon wraps up with the Patricia Rodier Mid-Career Award for Research and Mentoring.

Then, please join us in Nautilus from 6:00 pm—8:00 pm for the Welcome Reception and Poster Session 1. Catch up with friends, network, meet our exhibitors, and hear from our poster presenters about their research and findings.
