The Early Bird Registration deadline for the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention (BDRP) 60th Annual Meeting is fast approaching. Remember to register for the meeting by February 22nd in order to receive our lowest rates. If you are still unsure if you will be able to attend, please note that cancellations can be processed minus a $25 cancellation fee before May 15.

If you have colleagues who are not yet members of BDRP but would like to attend the Annual Meeting, please let them know that we will honor the Early Bird Member Registration Rate for them as long as they submit a Membership Application by February 22. Once approved for membership, they would need to contact BDRP Headquarters to process their Annual Meeting registration at the Early Bird rate.

The meeting will be held June 27-July 1, 2020, in Charleston, South Carolina. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Honoring Teratology’s Roots, Growing a Healthier Future.” Our keynote speaker will be NICHD Director Dr. Diana Bianchi, and recently retired NIEHS Director Linda Birnbaum will deliver the Warkany Lecture. In addition to an outstanding scientific program, there will be ample opportunities for networking among the BDRP membership and with our sister societies DNTS and OTIS.

We understand that travel budgets are tight. If you need documentation to submit with your request to attend the meeting, please contact headquarters at BDRP@birthdefectsresearch.org

We hope to see you in Charleston this June. Take advantage of the reduced registration rates by registering today.
