Mütter Museum of the College of Physicians of Philadalphia Launches Virtual Tour, Society Early Records Archived in Historical Library

The Mütter Museum of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus pandemic but has found a new way to share its collection. For the first time, the museum is offering a virtual tour. The virtual tour led by curator Anna Dhody is just under 25 minutes and available on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqJ2fk29NZA

Our Society has a special connection to the Mütter Museum as the Society’s early records are archived in the Historical Medical Library of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. Information about the archives is available here: https://cpparchives.org/repositories/2/resources/256

When the library is open, members who wish to view the archives may do so by appointment. Details are available here: https://collegeofphysicians.org/library/policies
